Common Questions
Timer sounds don't play when my phone is on silent?
Practice Copilot is designed to play sounds over silent mode. Make sure the app has not been force-quit and that your volume is turned up. The sounds use the Playback audio category, which overrides the mute switch.
Can I create my own drills?
Yes! Go to the Drill Library and tap the + button to create a custom drill with your own name, duration, description, and coaching points.
Does the timer keep running if I switch apps?
Yes. Practice Copilot uses background audio to continue running the timer even when you switch to another app or lock your screen.
Is my data backed up?
All data is stored locally on your device. It will be included in your iCloud or iTunes backups if you have those enabled. The app does not sync data to any server.
Does the app require an internet connection?
No. Practice Copilot works completely offline. No internet connection is needed at any time.
